We have left it too late to post over presents for my sister-in-law's family who emigrated to Australia earlier this year. Does anybody have suggestions of how we may buy them christmas presents (and birthday etc in future)? eg an Australian amazon.co.uk or something. All that I cam find are wine and food hampers but she is pregnant so that isn't suitable. Are there any online stores that offer international orders for local delivery (they are living in Springfield, Queensland) or any other suggestions? Thanks!
well the best solution is amazon since they have branches in Australia , go to http://astore.amazon.com/goodmanzone-20 choose the gifts you want to buy them and then fill the shipping address with your sister's address in Australia , this will cut down the shipping expenses. a better idea is to buy them gift certificates from amazon : http://goodmanzone.tripod.com , send the certificates by email , and they can buy whatever they like with money you paid.
should i get my boyfriend's parents a gift for christmas?
I met his parents 5 months ago and things between me and his parents are good i was just wondering if its appropriate to buy them a gift for this christmas, i think its alittle too soon but on the other hand, i would really like to give them something as a thank you for giving me a chance to be with their son i was thinking of giving them a nice coffee machine since they always drink coffee, any other suggestions for gifts?
how about some tickets to a football base basket game, movie or short trip.
some kind of jewelry. how about some steaks from omaha steaks 1-800-467-4745 i got some fro my parents & they loved them. they are really good.
you can even get breakfast to the through cracker barrel old country store. i order from them before & they to are good. i order a breakfast the had a cast iron skillet in it. i still use it to this day.
get a shopping card from a store & let them pick out some clothes for themselves.
