Returning Wedding Gifts Divorce

Is it true that the couple has to return to the wedding .. gifts?

guests if they get divorced in a year? I thought I heard that somewhere, or a shorter period of time than that? I always thought that returning the gift if you really do not marry. Just curious.

Should contact all gifts to them and ask if they would like the gifts returned. You were given this gift to help you and your husband begin their life together, so now that you are getting a divorce so adequate fast the label says you should contact everyone who gave gifts, and ask if they would again. Most people would say no. Any monetary gifts, but absolutely should be returned. I can not imagine how annoyed I would if I gave a pair + $ 100.00 for a wedding, only to their divorce a few months later. Like what was the point of the wedding? Only a big party for them to get gifts and money, then break? Quite the contrary is completely tacky and classless.
