Order Mothers Day Flowers For Delivery
It is the 20% reduction in FTD (Forgot delivery) enough to lose my delivery of flowers to my mother for Mother's Day?
My mother lost her daughter almost a year ago, leaving a 1 year old. She has just given the father of her granddaughter (divorce) three weeks before Mother's holiday. Mother's Day was to being alone, so I lost and spent $ 80 on flowers from FTD (Forgot deliver). I usually use 1800FLOWERS, but I just use any advertisement that is found first, which unfortunately was FTD. So I called them, wondering how they Forgot Mother's Day, completely, and I offer 20% off, saying they have received the order, but somehow missed, and deliver on Thursday. Is 20% off long enough, I guess 1 / 2 off at least. Does enough mistakes to give only 20% to maintain profitability? Or is it just a heartless greedy corporation?
I think not offer FTD flowers because there was a reason why he wanted to be that day and the Missing Day is useless.
