I need advice on a decision in professional education. What do you think?

I am a certified teacher of primary K-6 and K-12 gifted. I want to pursue my options in the area. I have the opportunity to resume a position of media specialist to another school. By adopting this I have to get my master's in library science. My other option is to stay one year in primary school and obtain national board certification from my country, and in another year to begin a Masters in Reading Education. I'm really torn between the two and the need to respond to the Superintendent of Human Resources within the next two days. What would you do?

If you were independently wealthy and never had to worry about the development of the CV, the channel you choose, though? It is my experience, my passion for the educational role of two in particular I will play at once, seems to open the door to broader networking for me. I went private to assist the cooperation between teachers of school-founding director of a public school within six years thereafter a preference of employment to another. I hope this will help.
