Does anyone have a recipe very good for a man to cook for dinner at home?

I was sick for 3 weeks and although I had gifts for my wife for our anniversary and to do for your birthday, I do not live up taking her to dinner. I would appreciate a good game just for holiday time or unusual recipe for a special dinner. If you want to leave your cookbooks and give me the recipe, I appreciate it. I can cook, I'm not late. Thank you.
